Entrance On entering the apartment through the wrought iron and glass gate to the entrance porch and then into the main hall there is, to the right three storage cupboards. The last of which contains a plumbed-in washing machine. In front of you is the bathroom.

Bathroom The bathroom is well appointed, with a full size bath with shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC. Fully tiled in blue, there is a window allowing fresh air into the bathroom. Mosquito nets are fitted to the window.

Kitchen The ‘American’ kitchen is fully fitted with eye-level units as well as base units. The marble work surfaces ensure hygienic preparation. It includes fitted electric oven and hob and fridge/freezer (for the beer). A microwave oven, kettle, and toaster are included to make meal preparation that much more like home. Everything from cutlery to ovenware is provided to ensure that your every culinary need is satisfied.

Living Area The kitchen has a large arch which opens out onto the living area. This is divided into a dining area with table and chairs for that occasion when you want to ‘dine in’. A 2-seater and 3-seater sofa are positioned either side of the patio windows giving you the opportunity to relax after a day in the sun. Patio doors open onto the terrace.

Main Bedroom Off the main living area are the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. There are French windows which open out onto the terrace.

Second Bedroom The second bedroom has two single beds. Double fitted wardrobes are included. There is a window with mosquito nets and blinds.

Terrace The terrace runs the full width of the apartment and is almost ten feet deep. The views from the terrace are fantastic. A table and four chairs are placed on the terrace for those many evening when you just want to sit outside and eat your evening meal. *The terrace has a low wall (approx. 50cms with a 30 cm wrought iron fence above. It is recommended that young children are supervised whilst on the terrace.*

Swimming Pool While staying at the apartment you will have the full use of the 2-tier swimming pool. When in the pool it has the unusual effect of merging the surface of the water with the sea in the distance.

*For some of its length, the edge of the pool is not guarded by a rail. Careful supervision of children is advised.*

A communal pool is also located by the restaurant and bar and may be used by anyone using the bar facilities.

A supermarket is located next to the restaurant. The complex also includes a bank, Pharmacy and a Doctor’s surgery.
